If you need some work done, please call or email. I do all sorts of carpentry work, and am usually looking for my next job. Don't let some of the fancier stuff on these pages scare you away.
I always provide a written proposal detailing the work to be done and materials used. I bill either by time and materials (hourly) or for a fixed price. Often you can choose the method you prefer. My current rate is $50/hr. I carry $300,000/$600,000 Contractor's Liability Insurance at all times.
I'm also happy to work with architects or as a sub for general contractors.
